ERA Coalition
Shattering Glass partners with the ERA Coalition to fight for gender equity and gender equality and ensure constitutional protections.

The ERA Coalition's goal is to amend the Constitution to ensure that one cannot be discriminated against because of one’s sex. The ERA Coalition is comprised of some 200 national and local partner and supporter organizations across the country representing millions of advocates working for the equality of all. We strategize with states seeking ratification. It works with legislators on the amendment and other ERA bills.
Beyond the ERA. The ERA Coalition has done extensive work on what it believes is the next step in constitutional equality. With a team of leading constitutional lawyers, the Coalition has drafted ACE, the Amendment for Constitutional Equality.

Shattering Glass partners with PowHer New York to highlight the gender pay gap and fight for equal pay and economic equality for women.

PowHer New York is a statewide network of individuals and organizations committed to accelerating economic equality for 10 million New York women and their families.
Through the collective action of our 100+ network partners it builds intersectional collaborations, educates the the public about combating gender inequality, convenes innovators and advocates to explore and develop new approaches and strategies, and works with legislators and business leaders on solutions.

Shattering Glass partners with Equal Pay Today to highlight the gender pay gap and fight for equal pay and economic equality for women.

Launched on the 50th Anniversary of the signing of the federal Equal Pay Act, Equal Pay Today was created to challenge the legal, policy, and cultural barriers at the state, local, and national level, that prevent women from achieving equal pay.
